F: porridge and stewed fruit and nuts
      Hunter's chicken, pickled veg, tabbouleh, feta cheese
       Stewed fruit and sour cream
       Mushrooms and scrambled egg, bread and cheese spread
D: tea, coffee, 1x beer, 1xwine
