Introduction
I went on holiday. I ate too much food and drank a lot of nice drinks.
Now the season of indulgence is over and I want to lose 5 kg in 12
weeks. My last diet was not a great success so I have decided to employ
new tactics. I am going to see if philosophy can help people with the
real problems they have in life. Can philosophical thought help me lose
weight? I shall inspire myself each week with a thought from a
philosopher, and I am going to post a photo of everything I eat and
drink - starting from today.
