Week 3 Day 4

Ex: 8332 steps + 30 min swimming + 45 min  pedallo
F: roll, cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber
      Mushroom soup, mini pork knee, mashed potato, vegetables, salad
     Crisps, bread sticks, cheese
     Roast pork, potatoes, dumpling, cabbage
D: tea, coffee, wine, water, beer
